The team was trained with engineering practices during a Bootcamp. Open daily communications with Mi4P ensured that everyone was on the same page and progress was reported. The team implemented board and Scrum ceremonies in their development process and adjusted development sprints to quarterly planning on the client’s side. As Mi4P’s expectations grew, new profiles were added to the team. The UX team was integrated and new meetings with Mi4P were added as needed. Daily meetings with the client were conducted, as well as understanding meetings.
The team adjusted the internal process according to their retrospective sessions and integrated the client in different aspects such as long-term vision, prioritization, annual and quarter rocks, defining requirements, acceptance tests, and immediate needs.
